Paradise Valley Manor and Health Care Center is an 86-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and a 50-bed assisted living. Our facilities are beautiful, renovated less than a year ago. We offer extensive physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our team of exceptional in-house therapists works with our residents one-on-one, six days a week.

Our assisted living offers a nice transition for those who require assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s). Our 24-7 caregiving staff works with our residents to preserve their dignity, encourage their independence, and to enhance their quality of life.
